  • What are the benefits of these on-demand programs?

  • How much time do I need to spend on these training sessions each week?
    On-demand recovery sessions should take no more than 15-20 minutes, one to two times per week, but some of that will depend on your other commitments. You can always email us for a more detailed response based on your fitness expectations.
  • Are these sport specific?
    These are intended to be done by any level of athlete, but depending on your sport, you might find some to be more beneficial. You can choose exercises that focus on areas you feel need the most attention. For example, ankles, knees, hips, thoracic spine, quads, core, etc.
  • Are you able to customize a plan for me?
